These come in 3 options: RGBW, RGBA, or RGBAW.  In the above video an RGBW (Red, Green, Blue, and White LEDs) unit is on the left, and an RGBA (Red, Green, Blue, and Amber LEDs) unit is on the right.  Overall both are very similar.  RGBA units have a slightly warmer color tone, and may be better for applications preferring colors often associated with traditional incandescent par cans, such as ambers, oranges, and earth tones, whereas RGBW units are typically better for a whiter, higher color temperature look usually preferred for DJs and clubs.
